A standard shipping fee of Rs.199 applies to all orders. However, orders above Rs.3999 qualify for free shipping. All orders outside Lahore may take 3 to 5 working days for delivery, while orders within Lahore are delivered within 48 hours of being placed. If a Lahore order is not delivered within 48 hours, customers are advised to contact our customer support or message us for assistance.

Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time has exceeded 7 days, then exchange is not possible.
