Exchange Policy
- All products purchased from Reality can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase—no requests will be entertained after that time.
- Customers can opt for either an exchange or a refund if they do not wish to keep the article.
- If Reality mistakenly delivers the wrong article or a defective product, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the customer changes their mind, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
- Tags and labels must be intact for the exchange process.
- Color variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution and settings; in such cases, requests may not be entertained.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items, and winter stock only with winter items.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
- In case of any discrepancy, the system price is final.
Refund Policy
- Customers can request a refund if they do not wish to keep the article for any reason.
- Reality holds a ‘No Refund’ policy, except in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries, where a full refund will be provided.
- All refund claims will be processed within 14 working days after approval.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

- Summer stock will be refunded only against summer items, and winter stock against winter items.
