Shipping Policy
In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via WHATSAPP [+971562031228, +923216623993] with the complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be shipped again.
In-case you have received your exact order with correct items and sizes, you will have to pay the courier charges for all the returns to REALITY.
Exchange & Return
Exchange Policy
- All products purchased from Reality can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase—no requests will be entertained after that time.
- Customers can opt for either an exchange or a refund if they do not wish to keep the article.
- If Reality mistakenly delivers the wrong article or a defective product, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the customer changes their mind, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
- Tags and labels must be intact for the exchange process.
- Color variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution and settings; in such cases, requests may not be entertained.
Refund Policy
- Reality holds a ‘No Refund’ policy, except in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries, where a full refund will be provided.
- All refund claims will be processed within 14 working days after approval.
- If Reality mistakenly delivers the wrong article or a defective product, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the customer changes their mind, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
